PRODUCT INFORMATION:
All items are Medikmark standard inventory items. They are stocked and usually available for shipment within 2 business days.
All items are latex free unless denoted with *LATEX* in the component description.
Some items are denoted with 25/6 indicating 25 cases minimum, 6 week lead time. These are currently extremely low demand products.
These are Medikmark standard inventory items that are also on our government FSS contract for the Dept. of Veteran Affairs.
Medikmark Inc. creates many custom products for various other medical supply companies. If our standard products do not meet your component requirements, please consult the “Custom Quotes” on the FAQ page for additional information.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
All shipments are FOB Medikmark. Medikmark will prepay and add shipping and handling charges to invoice unless other shipment requests are made. The minimum freight charge for an LTL shipment is currently $135.00. Small package ground service shipping and handling are $9.00 per case per destination. We recommend Collect/Third party shipments as your most cost effective option.
Medikmark ships to the continental United States. We do not ship internationally.
Minimum order is $100.00 for standard product.
Drop Ship of $40.00 will be applied to each shipment per location.
